Suicide
Machines - October 3rd The last
time the Suicide Machines were in Seattle was back in April. There is no beginning to what
you missed if you weren't in attendance of this show. They played with Limp and the
Diablotones (who are once again returning), who both did great jobs of getting the crowd
in the mood for the Suicide Machines mix of op-iv influenced PUNK-ska. Well, there's no
telling how much trama one would cause to themselves by missing round 2 of the Suicide
Machines vs. the Diablotones, there is one catch though, Avail is also going to be in this
mix-up... |
 |
Avail,
Diablotones (with Suicide Machines) It's
really no surprise that Avail got their roots from an elementary friendship that turned
into a solid camaraderie. After high school the band packed up ship and moved to Richmond
Virginia where they literally started their own scene. Their new album is a collaberation
between what Avail stood for in the past and what they currently believe.
Check this one out, it's called Over the James. |

 |
Agnostic Front - October 6th The best New York Hardcore band alive! These guys have been
around for over a decade causing mayham in just about every city "From the East Coast
to the West Coast" gotta gotta gotta go! |
 |
Dropkick Murphys (with Agnostic
Front) Keltic Street Punk at its best. This
amazing band hails from the best scene in the US, BOSTON. With the addition of their new
singer, Al Barr, the Dropkicks are loaded with more tours, 7", and merchandise! Don't
you ever miss a chance to see this band! |
 |
U.S.
Bombs (with Agnostic Front & Dropkick Murphys) When all was said and done, we weren't sure if the singer had a
seazure, how the guitarist managed to dodge the flying microphones, or if the drummer was
going to war. We do know this: They left RKCNDY wanting more. I'd say they used a couple
500lb'ers. |

The
Make-Up, I.C.U., and Starlight Desperation - October 14th They represent the future of underground electronica music. Since
they reside in Olympia, they naturally are signed onto K records. ICU isn't
your average elctronica band, they use completely new ideas to come up with new sounds
that some have never heard before.

 |
Fantomas,
Bali Girls, and Swarming Hordes - October 18th The name itself comes from a character in a
series of pre-World War 1 crime thriller novels. The character, Fantomas, is an
anti-hero who commits apalling crimes. This may be set in stone, but the direction
of this band is not. The music can be summed up as unique, precise, and brutal.

City Devils, Blood Brothers, Black Market Babies, and The Catheters - October

88
Fingers Louie - October 25th These guys are the premiere punk outfit coming out of Chicago.
They've been all over the world, and found it convenient to stop in Seattle. (We
simply weren't worthy of their presence), otherwise, we don't know why they were here. The
last time they came around was with No Use For A Name on August 15th. |
 |
Furry
66 (with 88 Fingers Louie) In just the four years they've been together, Fury 66 has made a
very warm heartfelt sound. A sound which stands alone over the bland modern punk movement.
They combine catchy melodies with
explosive bone-crunching energy that leaves the listener in a state of shock. |

Jon
Spencer Blues Explosion - October 29th This special show comes only eight days after their new album,
said to be the best yet from the New York trio, is to be released. This band has a sound
which covers gospel, country, rock, hip-hop, blues, and soul. They've been restructuring
rock 'n' roll since their inception in 1991. |
